  Return Policy
If the product you receive contains manufacturer defects or fails to meet our product representation, we will gladly replace, exchange for any product of equal value, or extend a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in its original condition with all documentation. Although it is very uncommon, if for some reason you have to utilize this process it is our goal to make it as easy as possible for you.
  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns MUST be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product return that does not have this number will be refused. To receive an RMA number you can call 1-562-429-9509 and speak with one of our Customer Service Professionals M-F 5:00am - 9:00pm PST or you can send your RMA request via e-mail to customerservice@mobilizenow.com.

When returning product, we recommend you insure all packages as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments (lost or damaged shipments MUST be taken up with your shipping carrier). All refunds will be for the original purchase price and tax (if applicable) of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  RMA Limitations
  • All returned product MUST be in original packaging, condition, and have all documentation included without modification. Any modified or damaged products will not be accepted for credit (Shipping damages MUST be taken up with your shipping carrier ).
  • All merchandise that is out of warranty, has been physically damaged, abused, misused, or neglected will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
  • MobilizeNow cannot accept opened or installed software back for credit per manufacturer guidelines.
  • MobilizeNow does not reimburse for original or returned shipping charges.
  • All returns must be authorized within 30 days from Date of Purchase.
