|If the product you receive contains manufacturer
defects or fails to meet our product representation, we will gladly replace,
exchange for any product of equal value, or extend a full refund (less shipping
and handling fees) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original
purchase date in its original condition with all documentation. Although it is
very uncommon, if for some reason you have to utilize this process it is our
goal to make it as easy as possible for you.|
| Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)|
|All returns MUST be accompanied with a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any
product return that does not have this number will be refused. To receive an
RMA number you can call 1-562-429-9509 and speak with one of our Customer
Service Professionals M-F 5:00am - 9:00pm PST or you can send your RMA
request via e-mail to email@example.com.|

responsible for lost or damaged shipments (lost or damaged shipments MUST be
