MobilizeNow, Incorporated has a variety of shipping options to best fit your needs. Our shipping partners are the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. UPS shipments time in transit are based on business days, so weekends and major national holidays are excluded. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST will generally ship the following day. Although our preferred shipping method is the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for all domestic packages, you do have a choice. The reason why Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method is that we believe it is the best value and service for you, the customer. Why spend more when you don’t have to? All orders placed on-line totaling $75 or more, before tax and shipping charges, receive FREE Priority Mail Shipping. All shipments are F.O.B. Long Beach, CA and all charges will be charged in U.S. Dollars. USPS and UPS DO NOT consider Saturday and Sunday business shipping days, so please consider this when selecting a shipment method. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii and forget to select the appropriate UPS Air shipping option, an additional shipping charge may be added to your order. Shipping to Canada is available via US Postal Service Air Mail at a rate of $5.95 USD. Shipments to Canada generally take 4-10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a wholesale customer or are buy product that has been discounted to wholesale pricing, you will be be charged the actual shipping amount.

  Order Confirmation
Shortly after your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If for some reason you do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing your order, don’t worry. There may be a delay due to high traffic volume on the Web. Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-MOBILIZE to ensure that your order is being processed. Additionally, we will verify all information provided by a customer when the order exceeds $100 and uses a free email service (Yahoo, Hotmail, gMail etc.) or simply at our discretion. Contact via telephone is required and may delay your order. This is for our protection.
  Product Availability
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours depending on availability. You will be contacted via telephone or e-mail if for some reason your order does not ship within this time frame. In some instances a part may be discontinued or on backorder, in which case a MobilizeNow representative will contact you immediatialy via phone or e-mail.

  Alternate Shipping Addresses
In order to help up battle credit card fraud and protect you, you must correctly enter the BILLING ADDRESS INFORMATION of the CARDHOLDER on the check out page. If you are shipping to an other address than the one your credit card statement is mailed to, please call us. Note - American Express does not allow shipments to an address other than the card holders billing address unless they have had prior notification.
